With the increasing use of induction heating equipment, due to the different conditions of users, some do not pay enough attention to the water cooling system of the equipment, and many users do not use distilled water according to the regulations, but use ordinary well water or tap water. In actual work, the water quality has a great impact on the water cooling system and components of the equipment
1、 Improve the service life of electronic tube (high frequency equipment). The common water is easy to scale and needs to be cleaned regularly. Once the scale is formed, the emission power and life of the electron tube will be affected, and the anode of the electron tube will be easily burned through in serious cases.
2、 Save electricity. (taking 100kW high frequency electronic tube equipment as an example) under the action of DC high voltage, the power consumption of anode water to the ground is about 8kw for ordinary water and 70W for distilled water.
3、 Reduce electrolytic corrosion. The high voltage of anode forms DC current to ground through water resistance. The electrolytic corrosion rate of ordinary water is more than 100 times that of distilled water. The water storage tank of air cooler is about 0.4 ~ 2.0m3 according to different equipment power, and the price of pure water per ton is between 250 yuan and 300 yuan. Because the closed cycle is used, the consumption of distilled water is very low, which creates conditions for the use of distilled water. At the same time, if the antifreeze products specially developed by our company are added according to a certain proportion, the problem of freezing in winter of high-frequency waterways can be completely solved. The use of distilled water not only improves the service life of equipment and components, but also reduces the maintenance cost, so as to improve productivity and save electricity.
4、 The air cooler emits heat from inductors, thyristors, electronic tubes and other electrical components into the air by heat exchange between air and softened water. The heat transfer tubes with high thermal conductivity will form high heat flux after combination, so the cooling efficiency of the device is very high. The heat is transferred to the air by using air for continuous heat exchange, which eliminates the accumulated heat and meets the temperature requirements of induction heating system. The cooling system uses distilled water to circulate in the air cooler and induction heating equipment in a closed circuit. The water quality is clean, so that the cooling electrical system will not scale and be blocked by foreign matters for a long time. In winter, antifreeze can be added into the cooling water to prevent the water path from freezing and reduce the failure of induction heating equipment. The cooling system does not need water pool and cooling tower.
5、 The air cooler solves many problems existing in conventional water cooling system
1. There is no need for water tank and cooling tower.

6、 The air cooler is a sealed type with closed cycle.
The outlet water of the equipment enters into the water storage tank after being observed in the water tank. The softened water is pumped into the heat transfer tube group by the pipe pump, forced air cooling, and then enters the water distribution package after cooling. The water pipe corresponding to the equipment is set on the water distribution package, and then it is connected to the water inlet required by the equipment through the hose or hard pipe. Spray device is prepared for the hottest weather in summer. It is composed of spray pump, water tray, spray pipe and other independent circulation system. A spray nozzle is added between the fan and the heat transfer tube, and a small amount of water is sprayed onto the fin surface of the heat transfer tube to reduce the surface temperature below the atmospheric temperature, so as to meet the requirements of heat exchange temperature difference. The water sprayed on the surface of the heat transfer tube can take away a large amount of heat after vaporization, playing a supplementary role in heat dissipation capacity. Axial flow fan with large air volume, low noise and low power is selected as fan, and pipeline pump is selected as circulating pump. Therefore, under the same head and flow rate, the motor power of centrifugal pump used in conventional water cooling system is basically equivalent to the sum of fan and circulating pump power used in air cooler. The air cooler is equipped with a distribution box, which can control the circulating pump, fan, spray pump and digital temperature display instrument, and can also be interlocked with the equipment. The reason for using finned tube: the heat transfer of water inside the tube is very strong, and the convective heat transfer coefficient is about 5800 w / (M2 ℃), but without fins, the heat transfer coefficient of air side outside the tube is only 120 The total heat transfer coefficient (k) of the composite tube can be increased by several times (k, K) of the composite tube
