In 2016, there were no major accidents in the company's safety production; key breakthroughs were made in key new products. The multi effect surface evaporation air cooler and energy-saving, efficient and environmental protection power station air cooler products developed by the company have been produced and put into the market. Energy saving, high efficiency and environmental protection power station air cooler products have been successfully applied for the key new products recognized by Sichuan Provincial Commission of economy and information technology, and the products and technologies are also applying for the science and technology progress award of Chengdu City and Sichuan Province; The company has successfully passed the approval of the Ministry of industry and information technology of the people's Republic of China and organized the formulation of the industry standard for compressor air cooler, and the company is organizing capable technical forces to carry out this work; CCTV old story channel "credit China" has successfully signed a contract with our company, which will certainly promote the expansion of our company's sales market.

We also have a lot of work to improve and strengthen. First, the leading cadres of the company must play an exemplary role. We should strengthen the enforcement of the company system. Leading cadres should first improve their own management level, and must strengthen their study to meet the needs of the company's development; second, they should pay close attention to the quality of products. What does an enterprise depend on to survive? It must depend on product quality. With the guarantee of product quality, other economic and social benefits will not be a problem. We must strictly control the export of products. Unqualified products must not be released to the factory. Quality inspection personnel must handle affairs impartially. Third, we should build a strong sales team. We should be able to fight and be capable of fighting. Sales staff should think of the company everywhere and customers at all times. We should not be afraid of the three ups and downs, or the cold, and dare to bear hardships.

Other work must also be done in strict accordance with the company's system. The material department, supervision office, comprehensive office, warehouse and other departments should often communicate with each other, understand, support, coordinate and cooperate with each other, and absolutely can't bicker and buck passing each other. The functions of each department of the company management should be more clear and detailed. To strengthen personnel training, only through learning, can the individual ability be improved, and the overall management level of the company can be improved.

The project management should be more scientific and standardized. It is necessary to strengthen the project evaluation, preliminary planning, cost control, supervision and inspection in the construction process, analysis and guidance, and final assessment and evaluation of the project.

The company's electrical appliances and lines should be checked and maintained regularly. The use of oxygen and acetylene should be more strict, and no mistakes can be made.
